Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Intern with strong communication skills who can professionally handle customer queries across calls, emails & chat portals.
Key Responsibilities:
● Resolve customer queries professionally across calls, emails & chats portals.
● Support customer lifecycle management and resolve grievances
● Maintain customer records using CRM tools and Excel
● Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, warehouse, operations, and finance
● Ensure timely customer support and follow-ups
Ideal Candidate Profile:
● Good verbal and written communication skills
● Working knowledge of MS Excel
● Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills
● Organised and detail-oriented, with empathy toward customer concerns
● Proactive and dependable team player
● Prior internship with a D2C brand is a plus
