Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Associate, located in the Hidden Hills of Dehradun. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a satisfactory customer experience. Tasks may include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing sales orders, and managing courier partners.
Skills Required:
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across calls & emails
• Assist customers with orders, tracking, returns, and issue resolution across channels, prioritizing swift solutions
• Continuously strive to improve and innovate customer experiences across all touchpoints
• Being in touch with the courier partners to raise issues like: weight discrepancy, lost packages, etc
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
