About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Intern to join our team. The role involves coordinating with clients, managing scheduling, and supporting day-to-day customer operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Call clients to schedule product installations and training sessions
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth execution and confirmations
  • Maintain and update data in Google Sheets / Excel
  • Track installation, training, and delivery status
  • Follow up with clients for updates and confirmations

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
