About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Intern to join our team. The role involves coordinating with clients, managing scheduling, and supporting day-to-day customer operations.
Key Responsibilities- Call clients to schedule product installations and training sessions
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth execution and confirmations
- Maintain and update data in Google Sheets / Excel
- Track installation, training, and delivery status
- Follow up with clients for updates and confirmations

Requirements- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel
- Comfortable with calling and interacting with clients
