Job Description
We are looking for a
Customer Support Executive who is passionate about helping customers and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
- Zealous Customer Focus: Deliver positive customer experiences by understanding needs and providing empathetic, effective support
- Articulate Communication: Handle customer interactions via chat, calls, and emails with clear verbal and written communication
- Analytical Mindset: Resolve complex customer issues with clarity and confidence; identify when and how to escalate cases appropriately
- Problem-Solving Skills: Take a proactive approach to troubleshooting and ensure timely, accurate resolutions for all customer queries
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and support processes
Eligibility / Qualification
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new tools
- Customer-first attitude with good listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship or customer-facing experience is a plus
