Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about helping customers and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Zealous Customer Focus: Deliver positive customer experiences by understanding needs and providing empathetic, effective support
  • Articulate Communication: Handle customer interactions via chat, calls, and emails with clear verbal and written communication
  • Analytical Mindset: Resolve complex customer issues with clarity and confidence; identify when and how to escalate cases appropriately
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Take a proactive approach to troubleshooting and ensure timely, accurate resolutions for all customer queries
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and support processes

Eligibility / Qualification

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new tools
  • Customer-first attitude with good listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior internship or customer-facing experience is a plus
