Role: Customer Support (Inbound)

Location: Begumpet, Varun Towers-II, 6th Floor, ICICI Lombard, Hyderabad 500016

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
• Provide clear and accurate information
• Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
• 100% voice process

Qualification

• Any Graduation
• Fluent in English & Hindi

Salary

• Freshers: 12,000 in hand (2.01 LPA)
• Experienced: Up to 18,000 (2.79 LPA)

Shift Timings

• Male: 24/7 rotational, any 9.5-hour shift
• Female: Between 7 AM to 8:30 PM, any 9.5-hour shift

Work Schedule

• 5 days working
• 2 rotational week-offs
