About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Intern who will assist in handling customer queries,
coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners, and ensuring timely resolution of
operational issues. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and
the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat support.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for issue resolution.
Track and update escalations in internal trackers and dashboards.
Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and resolutions.
Follow up with customers and partners for pending cases.
Support daily reporting and MIS activities.
Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to the concerned teams.
Assist in preparing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and support summaries.
Requirements
Graduate / Pursuing Graduation in any discipline.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
Preferred Skills
Prior internship or customer handling experience is an added advantage.
Understanding of logistics, delivery, or customer support operations is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools is a plus.
