Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers issues, and offering solutions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO voice process (inbound/outbound calling).
- Strong communication skills in Marathi & Hindi languages.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry purposes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; graduation preferred.
