Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Dehradun. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving service-related issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires monitoring and analyzing customer needs, providing timely solutions, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications:(Minimum 12thpass/diploma)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
