Job Description
We are conducting a walk-in drive for Customer Support Executives for a voice-based process. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and providing end-to-end solutions while ensuring high service quality and adherence to processes.
Shift timings: 9 hours between 9AM to 10PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound voice process to resolve customer queries
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Share product/service details and benefits with customers
- Ensure accurate and timely capture of customer information
- Follow up with internal teams/brands as per escalation matrix until closure
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, processes, and services
- Adhere to quality parameters, SOPs, and schedule compliance
- Collaborate with team members, SMEs, and team leaders
- Escalate calls to team leaders/managers when required
- Handle irate or demanding customers tactfully
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: 10+2 / HSC / Graduation
- Experience: Freshers / 0–6 months in service industry
- Age: 18 years and above
Required Skills
- Good typing speed (minimum 15 WPM with 75% accuracy)
- Basic computer skills and internet familiarity
- Process-oriented thinking and system understanding
- Good communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Customer-focused approach and willingness to learn
Language Requirement
- English and Hindi
- Local regional language
