Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional manner

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions

Resolve customer queries by clarifying issues, researching solutions, and ensuring closure

Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required

Assist customers with information, service requests, and transactions

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Telugu

Familiarity with voice process operations

Problem-solving and customer-handling skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule

5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs

During Training Period: 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Week Off

Probation Period: 3 Months (Post probation: 2 rotational week offs applicable)
