Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails from customers
  • Provide accurate information regarding bookings, payments, refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and offers
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and actions taken
  • Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through polite and clear communication
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant departments
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security of customer information
  • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th Pass)
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge (typing, email, system navigation)
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and flexible schedules
  • Good listening skills and problem-solving ability
  • Customer-friendly attitude and professional behavior

Skills Required

  • Patience and ability to handle difficult customers
  • Quick learner and adaptable to new processes
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Time management and multitasking skills

Shift Details

  • Rotational 9-hour shift
  • Day Shift Window: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
  • Male candidates must be comfortable with rotational night shifts
  • Female candidates will be allotted only day shifts (no night shifts)

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: 25,000 in-hand per month + attractive incentives
  • Performance-based incentives over and above fixed salary

Working Days & Week Off

  • Working Days: 6 days a week
  • Week Off: Any 1 day between Monday to Thursday
  • Saturday and Sunday will be compulsory working days
