Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executives . The role involves handling inbound calls, transaction-related queries, customer complaints, and email support while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with transaction-related inquiries and service requests.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
  • Respond to customer emails and support tickets accurately and efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.
  • Ensure adherence to service standards, quality guidelines, and operational procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support customers. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and email management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer support, call center operations, or customer service roles.
  • Experience handling transaction queries, complaint resolution, and email support.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ticketing systems, or customer support platforms.
