Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executives . The role involves handling inbound calls, transaction-related queries, customer complaints, and email support while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with transaction-related inquiries and service requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Respond to customer emails and support tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.
- Ensure adherence to service standards, quality guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Support customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and email management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer support, call center operations, or customer service roles.
- Experience handling transaction queries, complaint resolution, and email support.
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing systems, or customer support platforms.
