Shift: US Shift (Any 9.5 hours between 5:30 PM – 9:30 AM)

Eligibility:

• HSC / Graduate candidates can apply
• Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable working in US shifts

Salary:

Freshers:

• 24,900 In-Hand
• 28,000 Gross

Experienced:

• Salary based on total BPO experience max 34k

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for US healthcare customers
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Maintain quality and compliance standards
• Update customer information accurately
• Deliver excellent customer service
