About the Role
We are hiring for a US Healthcare Voice Process supporting a leading US-based healthcare client. This is a customer-facing voice role requiring excellent English communication skills, experience handling international customers, and a basic understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem.
This is a long-term contract opportunity with project durations ranging from 3 to 5 years, offering stability and continuous engagement for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US healthcare customers and stakeholders.
- Provide accurate information and support while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
- Document call interactions and maintain records as required.
- Follow client processes, compliance requirements, and quality guidelines.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient and healthcare-related information.
Required Qualifications
- Prior call center/customer support experience supporting US or UK clients.
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear and professional English.
- Basic understanding of US healthcare concepts and compliance requirements, including HIPAA.
- Comfortable working in a voice-based customer service environment.
- Undergraduate candidates are welcome to apply if they possess excellent spoken English and relevant experience.
Technical Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Windows 11 Laptop/Desktop PC.
- Minimum 16 GB RAM.
- One additional monitor (dual-screen setup: Laptop/Desktop + 1 Monitor).
- High-speed, reliable internet connection suitable for uninterrupted voice calls.
- Quiet and professional work-from-home environment.
Work Schedule
- Must be flexible to work US business hours.
- Shift timings may fall anywhere between 6:30 PM IST and 6:30 AM IST.
- Rotational schedules may be assigned based on project requirements.
