Experience: 3+ years

At TransportSimple, we're transforming how fleet owners manage their operations with our unique SaaS solutions. We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive to assist our expanding customer base.What You'll Do

  • POC for all the customers.
  • Solve queries via calls, chats & emails in Hindi & English (written and verbal compulsory)
  • Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through solutions.
  • Ensure tickets are closed within SLAs and escalate when needed.
  • Build long-lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer experiences.

Skills Required

  • Experience: Must have worked in a client-facing role for a software/IT company.
  • Languages: Fluency in Hindi & English
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal & written communication, active listening, empathy, and patience.
  • Customer Handling: Ability to manage difficult conversations, conflict resolution, and relationship building.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical thinking, troubleshooting mindset, and quick decision-making under pressure.
  • Domain Knowledge (Good to Have): Exposure to logistics, transport tech, or SaaS platforms
