About the Role
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional manner
- Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints
- Follow communication guidelines and company policies
- Meet performance targets (quality, response time, call handling, etc.)
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Punjabi
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
- Previous experience in customer service or call center (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
