Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Skincare Brand)

Location: Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on communication & fit)

Working Days: 5 Days

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can confidently communicate with customers, understand their concerns, and provide the right guidance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and can represent a premium skincare brand with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via calls, chats, and emails

- Explain skincare products and guide customers based on their concerns

- Maintain a polite, professional, and solution-oriented approach

- Build trust and ensure a smooth customer experience

- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)

- Clear speaking ability with confidence

- Good listening and problem-solving skills

- Basic understanding of customer handling (product training will be provided)

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support / sales / client handling

- Comfortable working from office (Okhla Phase 3)

- Immediate joiners preferred
