Customer Support Executive
Requirement
Qualification -Puc and any graduate(fresher/experienced)
Working days -6 days with rotational off
Operational Hours - for girls 6 am to 8 pm for boys 6 am to 12 am
Shift Hours - 9 hours
Salary -18K In hand CTC is 22k Fresher and 20K In hand CTC 24 k Experienced
Fresher - 30% Experience -70%
Location - Tin Factory
Skill set
- Stability
- Good in English
- Should not fumble while speaking in English and Kannada
- Who can patiently listen to the Customer
- Who have convincing skill
- As process requires lot of discussion making hence I suggest aptitude test
- Should take ownership on the call
- They dont need any language people, only English/Hindi would do. If candidate knows any other language that would be additional benefit. But not required as such at the moment.
