Roles And Responsibilities
Effectively manage incoming chats and emails from customers in a timely manner
Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating to internal teams as needed
Cultivate enduring relationships and trust with customers through transparent
communication
Required Skills
Ability to manage multiple chats, emails, or calls simultaneously
Basic troubleshooting knowledge
