Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

CTC: 2,40,000 To 3,50,000 (Per Annum)

About The Job: We are looking for a motivated and professional Call Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple channels, including calls and WhatsApp Business. The candidate should be an effective communicator, comfortable with handling cold calls, follow-ups, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make cold calls and follow-up calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries professionally.
  • Manage and respond to customer communications via WhatsApp Business and community channels.
  • Provide accurate information and ensure timely query resolution.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database.
  • Prepare reports and manage data efficiently using Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support operations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 6 months of internship experience or 1 year of full-time experience in a similar role.
  • Strong command over English and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Excellent oratory and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
  • Confidence in making cold calls and customer follow-ups.
