Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will act as the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries efficiently, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp in a professional manner
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, and product information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, pharmacy, logistics) for issue resolution
- Educate customers about RXMen products and services when required
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare data privacy standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 13 years of experience in customer support or service roles (healthcare/e-commerce is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive customer conversations with empathy
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and basic computer applications
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness industry
- Multilingual communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)
