Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will act as the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries efficiently, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, and product information
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, pharmacy, logistics) for issue resolution
  • Educate customers about RXMen products and services when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare data privacy standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
  • 13 years of experience in customer support or service roles (healthcare/e-commerce is a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer conversations with empathy
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and basic computer applications
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness industry
  • Multilingual communication skills
  • Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)
