We help renters find homes online through social listening, connecting real-time demand from platforms like Reddit and X with relevant listings.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive to drive user acquisition, ensure platform integrity, and act as the voice of our community.

What You'll Do

Outbound Engagement: Persuasively communicate with leads to drive onboarding and expand our marketplace supply.

Digital Outreach: Tactfully engage and connect with CRM-provided leads via social media comments and direct messaging to drive conversion.

Platform Integrity: Investigate flagged content and amicably resolve user disputes to maintain a trustworthy ecosystem.

Feedback Loop: Synthesize user trends and clearly communicate critical, actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

Pipeline Management: Nurture user relationships through organized, consistent, and timely follow-ups.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in a customer support, outbound calling, or similar user-facing role.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, adaptable for both phone calls and social media etiquette.

Languages: Should be fluent in English and Hindi. Telugu and Kannada are optional but good to have.

Emotional Intelligence: High empathy with a proven ability to de-escalate tension and resolve conflicts.

Initiative: A self-starter who takes ownership of engaging the pipeline effectively.

Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple priorities seamlessly in a fast-paced startup environment.
