We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their queries and issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and improve processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
