URGENT POSITION TO BE FILLED – Panjim, GOA

Its a CHAT support role.

Salary: Up to 3 LPA [MAX]

Experience: Freshers to 1+ years [Do not submit mid to senior level profiles]

NOTE: This is an entry level role and looking for locals to GOA (high preferred)

Must Have:

  • Mandatory typing speed: 30 WPM with 100% accuracy
  • Strong written English communication is essential
  • Freshers acceptable; BPO/Customer service preferred
  • Shift flexibility required (10:30 AM to 3:00 AM window) and rotational
  • Shift allowance + transport/drop facility provided
  • Must be comfortable with chat-based support (no voice emphasis)
  • Travel domain exposure (airline/hotel booking systems) is a plus

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor of Degree B.Com, BBA, B.A, BTTM or Any Non-professional Degree
  • No compromise -- Excellent Written English Communication (mandatory for chat handling)
  • Live Chat / Chat-Based Customer Support (Core skill)
  • Customer Issue Resolution & Complaint Handling
  • Booking Management / Booking Amendments (travel domain exposure preferred)
  • MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, Email drafting, reporting)
  • MS Teams / Internal Communication Tools Usage
  • Time Management & Ability to Handle Shift-Based Work
  • Attention to Detail & High Accuracy in Data Entry
  • Analytical Thinking for Query Resolution & Escalation Handling

Description:

We are hiring Chat Support Operations Executives with 0 to 1+ years of experience for a travel technology company in Goa. The role involves handling customer queries through live chat, resolving booking-related issues, and updating/amending travel reservations accurately. Candidates must have strong written English, fast and accurate typing (30 WPM minimum), and good MS Office/basic computer skills. Freshers are welcome, but BPO or travel/hotel/airline reservation experience is preferred. The job is work-from-office with rotational shifts (including late-night shifts up to 3 AM) and requires strong attention to detail and customer handling ability.
