Job description:
Position: Customer Support Executive
Experience: 1 to 5 years (Preferably in International Set up)
Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad - Work from Office/Hybrid | Remote
Work Time: US Business Hours (i.e., Any 9 hours b/w 5:30 PM or 6:30 AM IST)
Work Day / Hours: 45 hours a week
Role type: Permanent/Full time

About Role:
We are hiring Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints through Voice Calls and Emails using different applications. Good verbal and written communication skills are requisite!

Must Have:
Excellent English communication skills - Both verbal and written
Willing to work in US shift
Should be ready to come to Ahmedabad for 3 months Training
Looking for long-term association, therefore must be ready for 18 months of commitment period with the company

Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through Email/Voice Calls.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing the workflow inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
