Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support through various channels (calls, emails, chats) in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist in troubleshooting product or service-related issues.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to improving support processes and enhancing customer experience.

What You Should Have:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Support or a similar role.
  • Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (mandatory).
  • Qualifications: 12th Pass or Graduate.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Confidence in handling customer queries and complaints.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
