Manage customer interactions efficiently and professionally via chat and phone,
ensuring prompt resolutions..
Support additional customer experience tasks as required to meet business
objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role in chat role majorly
Proficiency in Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
Skills and Traits:
Strong writing, speaking and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with and
assist customers.
Enjoys engaging with people and solving customer problems.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently across chat and phone interactions.
Empathetic nature, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
