• Experience: Minimum 6 months in BPO Voice Process
• Process: Banking Voice Process
• Communication: Excellent English Communication required
• Shift: 5 Rotational Shifts | 2 Rotational Offs
• Work Mode: Work From Office
• Cab: 2-Way Cab Facility
• Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls.
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding banking services.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Follow process guidelines and maintain service quality.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of BPO voice process experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
