**Hiring Alert | Customer Support Executive – Voice Process (Outbound Calls) | Bangalore**

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our **Customer Support Voice Process** team. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction, this is a great opportunity to build your career with a growing organization.

**Work Mode:** Work From Office

**Shift Timing:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

**Working Days:** 6 Days Working (Sunday Fixed Off)

### **Role & Responsibilities**

* Make outbound calls to customers and provide assistance as required.

* Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

* Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting process standards.

* Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.

### **Eligibility Criteria**

Any Graduate

Freshers or candidates with 6+ months of experience can apply

Excellent communication skills in **English & Hindi**

Versant Score: **Above 5**

Comfortable working from the office environment

### **Salary & Benefits**

**CTC:** 25,000 per month (Freshers)

**Take Home:** 20,200 per month (Freshers)
