Job Description

  • Make Outbound calls to participants as per daily calling targets.
  • Conduct surveys following the provided script and questionnaire guidelines.
  • Accurately capture responses in the system or survey tool.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and response accuracy targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (Bengali)
  • Active listening and clear articulation
  • Ability to follow scripts and survey guidelines consistently.
  • Patience, politeness, and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
  • Minimum: 12th Pass.
  • Prior experience in survey calling, customer service, telecalling.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
