Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain the customer database and CRM (MagicSlides) to ensure accuracy, proper segmentation, and effective engagement.
  • Conduct cold calls, onboarding calls, and follow-ups with new and existing users.
  • Respond to queries across email, chat, website, and phone professionally and promptly.
  • Drive customer retention through regular check-ins, user education, and value-driven follow-ups.
  • Track and report support metrics such as response time, query resolution, and follow-up rate.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on user behavior and needs.
  • Communicate bugs, feedback, and user insights clearly to product and engineering teams.
  • Keep internal records and CRM entries up to date to avoid loose ends.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, CRM operations, inside sales, or tele-support, preferably in a product-based company.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confident on calls, structured in follow-ups, and proactive in communication.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Freshdesk, Notion, and Google Sheets.
  • Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
