Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
  • Maintain records of customer interactions using computer systems
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Provide updates to customers regarding shipments, deliveries, and service status
  • Support billing, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required
  • Communicate effectively in English and/or local language to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to process improvements and service efficiency

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer handling in logistics or as a CF Agent
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in computer operations
