Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office (WFO)

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6 Days Working)

Location: Chhatarpur (Delhi)

Salary: ₹20000-₹22000

Experience: Fresher & Experienced both

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to manage customer queries related to RTO shipments, lost orders/data complaints, and service-related issues.This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats related to RTO (Return to Origin), lost orders, delivery delays, and product-related issues.
  • Provide clear updates to customers and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with logistics/courier partners to track and resolve RTO or lost order cases.
  • Maintain accurate case records and update the CRM with every interaction.
  • Escalate unresolved or critical cases to the operations/logistics team for faster closure.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure resolution and build trust.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduate qualification.
  • Excellent spoken English & Hindi is mandatory.
  • Fresher - 1 year of experience in Customer Support / BPO / E-commerce / Logistics.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and patience while handling escalated cases.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Comfortable working full-time from office (Chhatarpur location)
