Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer complaints via Instagram DMs, email and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Education - any graduate
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support / customer relationship preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office & Google sheets.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply!
