Customer Support Executive

We are hiring Digital Officers for an outbound voice process. The role involves tele-sales activities, engaging with customers over calls, explaining products/services, and driving sales conversions.

Shift: Day Shift, full time

Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain company products/services clearly

Generate leads and close sales targets

Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction

Update customer information accurately in the system

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is mandatory (any stream)

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

Any domain background accepted

Sales or tele-calling experience is an advantage (Freshers can also apply)
