Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experience, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication, quick resolution, and a positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
  • Provide end-to-end customer support and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers with product queries, order updates, and issue resolution
  • Deliver technical support and basic troubleshooting guidance related to products
  • Maintain strong client relationships and follow-up on customer concerns
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, operations) for quick resolutions
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints
  • Ensure timely response and professional communication at all touchpoints

Requirements

  • Min 1 year of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / Client Handling
  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi / Gujarati preferred)
  • Experience in online support (WhatsApp, email, social media)
  • Basic understanding of technical support / product explanation
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, or support software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first approach
  • Ability to handle multiple queries and fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude, patience, and go-getter mindset

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field (preferred)
  • Experience in manufacturing, D2C, or product-based company is a plus
