Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experience, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication, quick resolution, and a positive brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
- Provide end-to-end customer support and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with product queries, order updates, and issue resolution
- Deliver technical support and basic troubleshooting guidance related to products
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow-up on customer concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, operations) for quick resolutions
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints
- Ensure timely response and professional communication at all touchpoints
Requirements
- Min 1 year of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / Client Handling
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi / Gujarati preferred)
- Experience in online support (WhatsApp, email, social media)
- Basic understanding of technical support / product explanation
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, or support software
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first approach
- Ability to handle multiple queries and fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, patience, and go-getter mindset
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field (preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing, D2C, or product-based company is a plus
