Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives (Telecallers) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups while ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
• Assist clients with appointment bookings and service follow-ups
• Provide clear and accurate information about treatments, services, and ongoing offers
• Maintain and update client records in the system
• Deliver excellent customer service with empathy, patience, and attention to detail

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer support is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and manage client queries efficiently

Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, clinic, or wellness center (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support (Required)
