Position: Customer Support Executive
Process: Chat-Based Customer Support
Work Location: Near Bombay Park, Jule Solapur
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Salary: 13,000 + PF + Insurance

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat support.
- Resolve customer issues accurately and professionally.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Ensure excellent customer experience.
- Follow process guidelines and company policies.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple chats.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
