Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our Travel Operations team.

If you love helping people plan smooth journeys, solving problems, and ensuring every customer gets the best travel experience — we'd love to have you on board!

What You'll Do:
  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats regarding bookings, amendments, or cancellations.
  • Coordinate with hotels, customer and internal teams to ensure seamless travel operations.
  • Manage end-to-end travel support.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
What We're Looking For:
  • Graduate in any stream (Travel & Tourism / Hospitality preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support / travel operations.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in shifts during busy travel seasons.
