Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our Travel Operations team.

If you love helping people plan smooth journeys, solving problems, and ensuring every customer gets the best travel experience we'd love to have you on board!

What You'll Do:
  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats regarding bookings, amendments, or cancellations.
  • Coordinate with hotels, customer and internal teams to ensure seamless travel operations.
  • Manage end-to-end travel support.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
What We're Looking For:
  • Graduate in any stream (Travel & Tourism / Hospitality preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in customer support / travel operations.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in shifts during busy travel seasons.
