This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Noida. The primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns, assisting clients with online support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to effectively engage and resolve client queries.
- Capability to ensure Customer Satisfaction by prioritizing a positive client experience.
- Experience in Online Support to assist customers through digital and remote platforms.
- Familiarity with Technical Support for troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges faced by customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle client interactions effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to fast-paced situations.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools or other support software is an advantage.
- Any relevant degree or certification in customer service or related fields is preferred.
