Voice Process

  • Maintain proper call-handling and service-quality standards.

Chat Process

  • Handle customer queries through online chat.
  • Provide accurate information using professional written English.
  • Manage multiple customer conversations efficiently.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Work Responsibilities
