Jet Freight Logistics Limited (JFLL) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive – Data Validation to support its Market Intelligence and Business Development functions. The role is responsible for validating and enriching market data, identifying key decision-makers within international organizations, conducting outbound calls, and qualifying customer requirements to generate actionable business opportunities.
The position serves as a vital link between raw market intelligence and business growth by ensuring accurate lead information and facilitating the handover of qualified opportunities to the Sales and Business Analysis teams.
Key Responsibilitie
sLead Validation and Data Managemen
- tValidate and enrich customer and trade data obtained from various market intelligence platforms and external databases
- .Research and acquire new information from public sources, professional networking platforms, and industry forums
- .Verify company profiles, operational capabilities, and market presence to ensure data accuracy
- .Maintain and update customer information within CRM systems and internal databases
.Outbound Calling and Contact Identificatio
- nConduct outbound calls to international organizations to identify key decision-makers including Logistics Managers, Supply Chain Heads, Procurement Managers, and Import/Export Directors
- .Effectively navigate gatekeepers and establish contact with relevant stakeholders
- .Gather information relating to products, trade lanes, shipment volumes, and existing logistics arrangements
- .Build and maintain professional interactions with prospective customers
.Requirement Qualification and Opportunity Handove
- rUnderstand and validate customer logistics requirements including ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and multimodal transportation needs
- .Present JFLL's capabilities and value proposition to prospective customers
- .Accurately document customer requirements and interactions in the CRM system
- .Transfer qualified leads and opportunities to Business Analysts and Sales teams for further engagement
