- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently via voice or chat support.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Experienced:Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process (Customer Support)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
