ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Money Transfer Process Executive, you will:

- Handle customer interactions related to money transfers and payment transactions.

- Assist customers with transfer-related queries and concerns.

- Verify customer and transaction details accurately.

- Provide clear information regarding transaction status, processes, and requirements.

- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.

- Follow international process guidelines, compliance requirements, and quality standards.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Identify and escalate complex or suspicious issues to the appropriate team.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.
