About the job

Role: Insurance Advisor

Work Mode: Remote / Work from Home

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA(3.75 LPA in hand + PF + Incentives + Health Insurance + Term Insurance)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Saturday and Sunday are working days, with 1 weekday off)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (with multiple breaks in between)

As an Insurance Advisor, you will engage in detailed conversations with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. This role involves meaningful client interactions over phone calls, helping customers make informed decisions through clear and simple explanations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients to assess their insurance requirements
  • Explain insurance products clearly and accurately
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
  • Guide clients toward suitable insurance plans based on their needs
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up when required

Experience and Skills:

  • Clear, empathetic, and confident communication with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong focus on accuracy, as insurance documentation and information are critical
  • Fluency in English and Kannada
  • Comfortable using basic digital tools and systems
  • Ability to influence and guide clients toward informed and beneficial decisions
