Job Description

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: Up to ₹4.8 LPA

About The Role

We're hiring a sharp, client-focused Customer Support Executive to be the connective tissue between our customers and our internal teams — sales, production, accounts, and logistics.

This isn't a passive support role. You'll own the customer relationship end-to-end: fielding inquiries, tracking leads, coordinating orders, and driving collections — all while making every customer interaction feel seamless. If you thrive in fast-moving B2B environments and have a knack for building trust over the phone and on email, this role is for you.

Experience in jewellery manufacturing, precious metals, bullion, alloys, or industrial B2B sales is a strong advantage.

What You'll Do

Inside Sales & Customer Coordination

  • Manage inbound inquiries across phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Coordinate meetings, product discussions, and follow-ups between customers and the sales team
  • Build lasting relationships through timely, proactive communication

Lead & CRM Management

  • Own CRM hygiene — log every interaction, update lead stages, track follow-ups
  • Ensure no inquiry, quotation, or sample request falls through the cracks

Order & Sales Coordination

  • Track orders from confirmation to delivery, coordinating across production and logistics
  • Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and customer-facing documentation
  • Proactively update customers on status and timelines

Sample & Trial Coordination

  • Manage sample dispatch and coordinate trial feedback loops
  • Relay customer insights to the sales and technical teams

Payment Follow-Up & Collections

  • Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with accounts
  • Escalate overdue cases when needed, professionally and promptly

Account Growth & Retention

  • Monitor purchase patterns and flag upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Support preparation of customer-specific pricing and proposals
  • Drive repeat business through consistent relationship management

What We're Looking For

Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience: 2–5 years in inside sales, customer support, sales coordination, or client success

Industry preference: Jewellery, precious metals/bullion, alloy or industrial manufacturing, B2B product sales

Skills

  • Strong communicator — verbal and written
  • Comfortable managing CRM systems and lead tracking tools
  • Detail-oriented with solid multitasking ability
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
  • Collaborative, cross-functional team player
