About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Inside Sales & Client Success) to support our growing B2B manufacturing business.

The ideal candidate will act as a key link between customers, sales teams, accounts, production, and logistics departments. This role involves managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities, tracking leads, following up on orders and payments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.

Candidates with experience in jewellery manufacturing, precious metals, alloys, bullion trading, industrial manufacturing, or B2B sales support environments will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Coordination & Inside Sales Support

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and product discussions between customers and the sales team.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely communication.

Lead Management & CRM Tracking

  • Maintain and update CRM and lead management systems.
  • Track leads through various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries, quotations, samples, and orders.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history.

Order Management & Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and order status.
  • Follow up internally with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, order confirmations, and customer documentation.

Sample & Product Trial Coordination

  • Coordinate sample dispatches and trial requests.
  • Follow up with customers regarding product testing, feedback, and future requirements.
  • Share customer feedback with the sales and technical teams.

Payment & Collection Follow-Up

  • Coordinate with the accounts team regarding pending payments.
  • Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and collection status.
  • Escalate overdue payments when required.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular engagement with existing customers.
  • Gather customer feedback regarding products and service quality.
  • Support customer retention and repeat business initiatives.

Cross-Selling & Business Development Support

  • Identify opportunities to promote additional product categories and new offerings.
  • Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives in coordination with the sales team.
  • Assist in driving repeat orders and increasing customer lifetime value.

Key Account Management Support

  • Monitor order frequency and customer purchase patterns.
  • Support preparation of customer-specific offers and pricing proposals.
  • Maintain regular communication with key customers to strengthen relationships.

Required QualificationsEducation

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in:
    • Inside Sales
    • Customer Support
    • Sales Coordination
    • Client Servicing
    • Customer Success
    • Order Processing
