Customer Support Executive – Voice Process
Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Process: Voice Process
Location: Silk Board, Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 per month
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass
Freshers can apply
Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Account Management or Outbound Calling preferred
Good communication skills
Understanding of customer service metrics and quality standards is an advantage
English + Hindi / Telugu / Kannada / Tamil required
Age limit: Up to 36 years
Immediate joiners preferred
Shift: Rotational Shift
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
