Roles & Responsibilities
- Support Customers Across Channels: Handle customer questions through phone, email, or chat. Help them with product, service, and order-related queries in a friendly and professional way.
- Solve Technical Issues: Guide customers with problems related to gaming consoles, games, or accessories. Use your product knowledge to troubleshoot and offer the best solutions.
- Work with Other Teams: Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve any order issues quickly.
- Keep Accurate Records: Update customer details, issues, and feedback in the CRM system to help the team improve overall service.
- Help Improve Processes: Share useful feedback, highlight major issues, and help us make customer support better and more efficient.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer support or sales support role, ideally in the gaming or tech industry.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi are mandatory, as you'll be expected to communicate effectively across multiple channels!
- Cool Under Pressure: Challenging customer situations No problemyou stay calm, composed, and find the right solution every time.
- Tech-Savvy: You know your way around customer support software, CRM systems, and ticketing tools like a pro.
