Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Provide timely solutions and follow up on customer concerns.
• Maintain customer interaction records.
• Achieve quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent Hindi and English communication.
• Experience in inbound/outbound voice process or customer support.
• Any Graduate.
