Roles Description:

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer communication and follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages. The role includes coordinating with the sales team for sales and quotation follow-ups, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end customer follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with regular and professional communication.
• Coordinate with the sales team for sales follow-ups, quotation follow-ups, and order status updates.
• Collect and document customer feedback from sales calls to installation.
• Ensure smooth coordination during installation and delivery stages.
• Manage post-sales follow-ups, including customer satisfaction and support requirements.
• Provide after-sales support and escalate issues as per defined SLA timelines.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Strong calling and follow-up skills.
• Customer-centric approach with good relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of email communication and CRM systems.

Experience:

• 13 years (Experience in customer support or sales coordination preferred)
